If you are logged in to the Developer Portal you will be able to edit your profile;
To change the current user password, enter the new password in the fields – Password and Confirm Password. Click < Save > to confirm the change.
If you have forgotten your password click the < Forgot your password > link on the Login page.
In the next screen enter your Username and click < Email new password >.
An email will be sent to you to start a one time login process; complete the process steps to reset your password.
Select a product package from the list; the plans within the package will now be displayed, this will include details on price, number of transactions and the period of the plan.
Compare the plans and choose the one that best suits your requirements.
To buy a plan, enter the start date and click < purchase this plan >.
Your additional user only needs to register for this service. There is no need for the new user to complete the Company details and agree to the service Terms and Conditions (OS API Framework Agreement) .
Enter the new users email in the Associate New User field. Click < Save > to associate this user with your organisation account.
Once a user has been associated you will be able to manage their user roles.

Trial Plan - If you have exceeded either the transaction limit or period of a trial plan then any further transactions will not be allowed. You will need to upgrade to a paid for plan.

Paid for Plan - If you have exceeded either the transaction limit or period of a paid for plan then any further transactions will not be allowed. You will need to purchase another plan to continue to use the service.

Statistics on your API key are available to you in the Key performance tab of your key (My apps).
Select 'message count' from the display field, select your from and to date; this should cover the full period the key has been active and may relate to the start date of a product plan.
Run the report.
Once the report has run you can export the results to a .csv file. Open this in a spreadsheet to work with the output.
A Service Plan can be ended at any time by going to Purchased Plans.
Select the Plan from the list. In the Plan page enter an End Date and confirm that you want to end the Plan. The Plan will be ended on the date you have entered.
Any Key linked to the Plan will cease to give access to an API service from this date.
Please note that no refund will be made on Plans ended within the term of the agreement.
