Scheduled Maintenance - Final transition period for TLS 1.2 migration (22 August)

Scheduled - To continue using our APIs, you need to migrate to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2.

We advised you to migrate by 31 July, and have recently arranged a transition period during which will monitor all traffic to TLS 1.0 and 1.1. We will notify users via their account managers if any non-compliant requests are made to these services during this period. Learn more.

You must fully migrate by 22 August to ensure continuity of service. After this date, any call you or your users make to TLS 1.0 and 1.1 will fail.

If you need more support to make this change or have any questions, please contact us.

Due to an important security update we need to tell you about changes to our APIs. Please take the time to read what this means for you and check what action you need to take. If you have any questions or need support, please get in touch.
